3. OUR JEWELLERY
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs and other information on our website are accurate.
Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device or screen settings.
We may update product descriptions, availability and prices from time to time. If a product is unavailable after you have placed an order, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate solution, including a refund where applicable.
Please follow any jewellery care instructions provided with your order. Damage caused by misuse, improper care, accidental damage or normal wear and tear may not be covered by our returns policy or consumer remedies.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
4. ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.
You will receive an order confirmation after your order has been placed. A contract for the purchase of the products is formed when we accept your order.

If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you and, where appropriate, refund any payment you have made.
5. Prices and Payment
All prices displayed on our website are in euro (€).
The price shown at checkout is the price applicable to your order, together with any applicable delivery charges and other charges that are clearly shown before you complete your purchase.
Prices may change from time to time, but changes will not affect an order that we have already accepted.
Payment must be successfully received before an order is processed.
6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We currently ship according to the delivery options and prices displayed at checkout.
Delivery times shown on our website are estimates unless we have expressly agreed a specific delivery date with you.
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs procedures, severe weather or other events beyond our control.

7. RETURNS , CANCELLATIONS AND REFUND
